The housekeeping was a disaster. They tossed our pajamas all over the room, and the kids' bed was just a mess of their stuff. It felt like they didn't care at all about our stay. Major disappointment!

The rooms were good-sized and had an electric kettle and a fridge. Private bathroom was good.

I recently stayed for a family trip at the Courtyard By Marriott for five nights, and it was a fantastic experience. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, ideal for our family of four. The staff were helpful, assisting with car rental cancellations and even retrieving my forgotten items from luggage storage. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore local shopping streets, while the on-site restaurant offered a lovely atmosphere. Despite a few breakfast options being limited, the overall service and comfort made our stay nice.

Unfortunately, I encountered some issues with the cleaning service. The slippers were often found scattered in the hallway, something I've never experienced in Japan before. Requesting extra amenities like pillows took longer than expected.

I was genuinely impressed with this hotel, as it boasts a modern design and wonderfully bright rooms. The comfortable beds and high-quality bathroom amenities, coupled with really good service from the friendly staff, made my stay quite enjoyable. I also appreciated the convenience of having a coffee machine and flat-screen TV in the room, along with the relaxing atmosphere in the bar and lounge area.

I highly recommend this venue for everyone. It deserves the praise it receives.
